The Goan designer- Wendell Rodricks has something new in store for us!
Lakme Fashion week is a hub where twice a year we get to see all the ace designers coming together and playing with various designs, colors, cuts and patterns. Wendell Rodricks always have something new in store for the audience. The models were seen walking on the ramp with ghagras, pleated skirts, tunics, saris with floor length cape blouses, dhoti-jumpsuit saris and many more.
The whole area was lit up and the models weren’t where they were actually supposed to be. Podiums were set up on both sides of the room and the models showcased the designs there.
He used the combination of hues like beige, red, grey, peacock green, peacock blue. Rodrick’s collection was definitely a worth watch. Naming his collection as “ Indica Emporio” he created a fusion of twenty Indian costume icons.
