Turn your Fantasy into Reality with Hasselblad Latest Invention

The smartphone industry seems to have come to terms with the fact that you can’t pack a DSLR into a phone no matter how hard you try. But Motorola just dropped a mod that brings it one step closer to that target, giving its top-of-the-rack model Moto Z features like 10x Zoom and RAW photography.

The attachable mod by Swedish company Hasselblad, while making it a tad too bulky to fit comfortably in your pockets, replaces Moto Z’s 13 MP camera with a 12 MP 1/ 2.3 inch CMOS sensor version that supports RAW imagery.

Bigger than the phone itself, the mod, despite its pleasing design, gives the sleek Moto Z the look of a bulky point-and-shoot. But it’s the specs on this mod that Motorola seems to be betting its money on. Along with the CMOS sensor, it also adds in a 25-250mm equivalent lens with f/3.5-6.5 and an ISO range of 100 to 3200. It also places in your pockets a 1080p video recorder with two microphones.

At Rs 16,711, the mod pulls its own weight in both cost and construction.
