The latest entrant into the start-up ecosystem, Glam Studios is all set to revolutionize the way the beauty industry works in India by creating a tech-driven chain of budget salons through aggregation, standardization and brand association.

 

Glam Studios was launched on 25th December 2015 by Sadiya Naseem, Darakhshan Husain, Feeroz Akhter and Ajay Bansal with the vision of making high quality and standardized beauty services affordable and available to the customer next door. The team together brings 40 years of experience in the start-up and ecommerce domain.

The company brings about a two-fold standardization in the operational processes of Salons that signup – firstly infrastructural and aesthetic changes to the property to brand them as Glam Studios as well as train its staff, and secondly offering its CRM software to fully automate the operations and quality-of-services rendered. The start-up is also working on a unified beauty services platform which addresses salon, booking and customer relationship management, a model which is currently non-existent in the sector.
