Deepika Padukone features on the cover of Paper magazine’s September issue and she’s never looked better.
Paper has termed her “The Bollywood Mega Star About To Conquer America” and in the short Q and A that follows, Padukone seems to answer sincerely.
Especially endearing is her excitement at working in Hollywood.
When asked if she spent any time in America before coming there for work, Padukone said, “No. I’d visited America a couple of times as a child, and we have a lot of family that lives in America, but I’d never been there for work. xXx was my first experience and one that I’ll never forget.”
She also reveals that if she were to ever do a romantic comedy, she’d like to be paired opposite Ryan Gosling or Bradley Cooper.
However, it is the pictures that are truly stunning. Shot by Prasad Naik with hair and make-up by Daniel Bauer and Anil Chinnappa respectively, Padukone looks absolutely dreamy and drop dead gorgeous in the moody photo shoot.
