Bling and shine, these two words summed up the glam night of Day 3 of ongoing Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2015, that saw The Lakme Insta Light Show by Namrata Joshipura with Shraddh Kapoor as the showstopper. The collection was inspired by the beauty brand’s latest skincare innovation
Grabbed under four giant black iron rectangular frames, opening of the show had models lined up with LED bulbs shining on their garments in the dark ambience of the runway with white crushed asymmetric coat, silver side cascades on pencil skirts and the micro shorts under long tulle skirts.
Painted in white, light pastel blue and purple the garments dazzled the runway adorned with mirror detailing.
Batwing printed covers, dolman sleeve tops, asymmetric long sleeve printed wraps, drop waist dress and shimmering racer back tops were few key pieces visible on the ramp detailed with sparkling ear accessories that added to the flavor of the look.
Adding contemporary feel to the collection, the runway also saw metallic strips weaved into shimmer and holographic fabric.
