Vaani Kapoor and Ranveer Singh launched the trailer of Befikre in style and the world is pretty much convinced that this is going to be one hell of a ride. Even though this is Vaani’s second Bollywood film, it is a rather sad fact that we completely forgot to take a note of her in her debut film.
“Ranveer’s focus and discipline is amazing. He is very normal when shooting. It can be intimidating for a newcomer to work, who is not very familiar with the way things function, big director and big co-actor. The fact that he is so friendly made me feel comfortable. He was just like a friend and which is why I could give my best. I was made to feel that I am no less.”
Upbringing in a farmhouse
In an interview to Filmfare, she confessed “It was like a mini zoo. My only friends were ducks, dogs, monkeys, horses, rabbits… We had more than 70 dogs and numerous cats at our farm. I had a fetish for puppies so I’d even pick them up from a gutter and bring them home. ”

Vaani, who had a protective childhood had once revealed that she stepped out of her house only during her internship and she later interned for three years with The Oberoi Hotels in Jaipur.
Old School at heart
A hardcore DDLJ fan at heart, she spilled about being a house party person than a club or party pooper.
She was plump and weighed around 75 kilos and even wore braces during her modeling time.
And we ain’t surprised to know that. Vaani is now a part f the rockstars league.
She never had a boyfriend in school or college and now all she does is dream of Bradley Cooper
In her Filmfare interview, she once said, “I’d laugh in my head when I’d see a couple canoodling. I knew once they were out of school they wouldn’t remember each other. I knew my infatuations too would die down. I’d think long term – marriage. I don’t know what has happened to Indian men. They are confused. Cheating on your partner is in these days, which scares the hell out of me. I don’t want to date just for the heck of it. For the time being, I’m happy dreaming about Bradley Cooper…” We feel you, Vaani!
